Delete Your Data
Jade Mahjong has no required account. If you chose “Save my progress with Google”, you can delete the saved copy of your progress and your sign-in record at any time.
In the app
- Open Jade Mahjong and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Under “Your progress”, tap “Delete my saved progress”, then “Delete”.
- Your saved progress and sign-in record are removed straight away. Progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the app.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email suzwon360@gmail.com from the Google account you used, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your saved progress and sign-in record within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your saved progress (levels, stars, coins, collection, streaks, statistics) and your sign-in record (Google account ID, email address and name).
- Not affected: a Jade Mahjong Pro purchase stays with your Google Play account, and you can restore it at any time.
- Usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to your account and expire on their own, as described in the Privacy Policy.
